Military Family Assistance

In this time of danger for our country, America has again turned to its valient sons and daughters in uniform to defend our way of life.  Our soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines have taken the fight to the terrorist enemy and he has paid dearly.  Men and women from across our country have stepped up to the challenge and the risk without hesitation.

They have willingly put their lives on hold and on the line. 

Military families make sacrifices too.   When a family member deploys to Afghanistan or Iraq or in support of operations there, military families have to adjust in ways that most of us never will.  From vacations to education, a new home or car, to child care or health care - everything is on ice and unanticipated family challenges emerge.

Assisting our military families has been a mainstay of NHDF activities since our founding. We continue to support military families with financial, educational, and emotional aid through NHDF programs.
