Donald E. Addy - President
Mr. Addy is a graduate of Kansas State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Flour Milling Technology.  His business career spans 40 years in general management and senior executive positions in the food industry, sporting optics, fishing tackle, and most recently as Partner in Caswell International Corporation, Minneapolis, MN.  Founded in 1926, Caswell is the market leader in design, construction, and installation of firearms training equipment for the US Department of Defense, and law enforcement agencies around the world.  Most recently, Mr. Addy co-founded The Citizen Soldier Connection, a non-profit organization devoted to supporting soldiers and their families.  He was recently named the first Honorary Member of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division and called it “the highest honor to which I could ever aspire."  The Brigade recently returned from a 15 month deployment in Baghdad, Iraq.  Mr. Addy has 3 daughters and lives in Colorado Springs, CO, where he also serves on the Board of the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the board of The Military Affairs Council of The Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, as a trustee of The Colorado Springs School and
 was named the Ft. Carson Good Neighbor for 2007.

Rosalynn G. Johnson - Executive Assistant
Rosalynn Johnson is a 1992 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Chemistry. Upon graduation, she was commissioned as an Ordnance Officer and assigned to the 2nd Infantry Division in Korea. After serving with the 2ID for 18 months, she was assigned to the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, NY. Her last duty station was with the 3rd Signal Brigade at Fort Hood, TX, where she resigned her commission as a Captain in September 1998.  
In May, 2000, she received a Masters in Life Cycle Engineering and Operations Management from Texas A&M University.

She and her husband, LTC David Johnson, moved to Colorado Springs in June, 2000, where he was the Public Affairs Officer at Ft. Carson until his deployment to Afghanistan in June, 2007.  Ms. Johnson teaches a math class for the airmen assigned to the 302 AW, served as an officer in the Ft. Carson Officers’ Spouses Club, and was a co-chair for the Ft. Carson Santa’s Workshop.

She and her husband LTC Johnson have two children: Tommy, a 3rd grader, and Emily, a 1st grader, both of whom attend St. Stephen’s Classical Academy.

Richard Caldwell - Librarian

Mr. Caldwell is currently a Chief Engineer in MS-DMS for Northrop Grumman Corporation in Colorado Springs, CO.  He has extensive experience in collecting and archiving literature and publications.  He is a former Deputy J6 and Space Commander at USSPACECOM Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center.  Mr. Caldwell is serving the Foundation in a volunteer role with the support of Northrop Grumman Corporation.
